Standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days across Australia. Express delivery (1 to 2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.

Check your tracking link first. If it shows delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and any safe drop locations. If it is still missing, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier straight away.

For unopened, unused products we accept returns within 60 days. If you have opened your product and it is not performing as described, contact us and we will sort it out.

If the product is faulty or not as described, we cover return shipping. For change of mind returns on unopened products, the customer covers return shipping costs.

No. You can return individual unopened units from a multi-unit order. You do not need to return everything to get a partial refund.

Glass, mirrors, stone benchtops, timber, tiles, chrome, stainless steel and painted surfaces. The Lucente handles all of them without chemicals and without scratching. The only surfaces we would avoid are heavily abrasive or raw cast iron surfaces where the cloth fibres could snag.

No. The Lucente is designed to clean streak-free with water only. Its high-absorbency core draws moisture and residue away from surfaces and holds it inside the cloth, while the split-weave microfibre exterior lifts and traps grease and grime without any chemicals needed.

That's completely normal. The Lucente firms up as it dries. This is a natural property of its high-absorbency core construction, the same core that makes it so effective at drawing moisture away from surfaces. Wet it before use and it softens back to full performance straight away.

⚠ Care Warning: Never use bleach or fabric softener on your Lucente cloth. Both will reduce performance and absorbency over time and will ultimately ruin the cloth.

Machine wash warm, no fabric softener, no bleach. Air dry only. Never put the Lucente in the dryer. Do not iron. Fabric softener coats the fibres and destroys absorbency permanently, so skip it entirely. Washed and cared for correctly, the Lucente lasts up to 300 machine washes.

No. The Dodici is not a dishwashing sponge and dishes are not what it is designed for. It is a cleaning sponge built for your home, not a kitchen sink sponge meant to soak in hot soapy water. It is not designed to sit in a dish rack full time the way a standard dishwashing sponge does. That said, it can handle dishes and cookware in a pinch, including non-stick pans and baking trays, and it is non-scratch on all of them. No. The Dodici is a home cleaning sponge designed to work with water only. It is not a dishwashing sponge and is not intended for scrubbing dishes at the sink. Its dense, highly absorbent layers lift and absorb grease, soap scum and stubborn residue without sprays or chemicals. Safer for your family and kinder to your home.

Wet it fully under the tap before use. Wring out the excess. Scrub with light pressure, pressing flat against stubborn spots for 20 to 30 seconds to let the moisture penetrate. Rinse between surfaces and air dry after use.

When the top layer no longer cleans the way it did: when it starts to smear rather than lift, or when it is visibly soiled and will not rinse clean. Always peel a layer when the sponge is wet, never dry. Peel cleanly from the edge and the fresh layer underneath is ready to go.

For bigger jobs like spills, windows, glass and general cleanups, scrub first with the Dodici, then finish with the Lucente for a streak-free shine.
