Shipping Information
At VIVOCASA we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $12.95, or free on all orders $100 or more. Typically 3 to 6 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post): $15.95, next business day to most metro areas. Remote and rural areas may take 2 to 3 business days.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your delivery at auspost.com.au.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@vivocasa.com.au and we will look into it straight away.
Delivery Issues
VIVOCASA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only. International shipping will be available soon. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified when it launches.
