Most sponges have one surface. You use it, it gets tired, and most of us keep using it long after we should. The Dodici has twelve peelable layers. When the surface you are cleaning with has done its job, peel it away and a fresh one is waiting underneath.

Where it is not the right tool
The Dodici is a home cleaning sponge, not a kitchen sink sponge. Do not leave it soaking in hot soapy water and do not use it as your everyday dish sponge. That separates the layers and ruins it. For everything else around the house, it is one of the most versatile tools you will own.
Always use it wet. Run it under the tap before every use and it softens straight away. It firms up as it dries, which is completely normal. Only ever peel a layer when the sponge is wet, never dry.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement or store credit, and we pay the return postage. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@vivocasa.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Returns must be approved by our team before sending anything back, and approved items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

After Each Use
Rinse the Dodici thoroughly under the tap, squeeze out the excess water, and leave it to air dry. It will firm up as it dries. That's completely normal. Wet it again before next use and it's back to full performance immediately.
When It Needs a Proper Clean: Hand Wash
When the Dodici has been through a tough job and needs a proper refresh, hand wash it with a small amount of mild detergent under warm running water. Work the detergent through the sponge, rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear, squeeze it out, and leave it to air dry completely. This keeps it hygienic and performing at its best.
When to Peel a Layer
When a layer has genuinely done its job and won't come clean with a normal rinse and hand wash, it's time to peel. Always wet the sponge first. Run it under the tap until it's fully saturated, then peel the layer away cleanly from the edge. Never peel a layer when the sponge is dry. The layer underneath is fresh, clean, and ready to go immediately.
What to Avoid
✕ Do not put the Dodici in the washing machine, hand wash only
✕ No fabric softener, it reduces absorbency

Drying
Always air dry. Leave it somewhere with good airflow after each use. The Dodici firms up when dry, which is completely normal. Wet it before next use and it softens immediately.
