What is the Lucente?
The Lucente isn't your standard cleaning cloth. It's the last cleaning cloth you'll need to buy. One cloth handles every surface in your home, handles all of them exceptionally well, and does it all without any chemicals. Glass, stone, chrome, stainless steel, timber, tiles. The Lucente handles all of it without needing a different cloth for each job and without reaching for a single spray or chemical cleaner.
Its construction combines a premium absorbent core with a split weave microfibre surface on both sides. The core draws moisture away from surfaces and holds it there. The microfibre exterior physically lifts and traps grease, grime and dust through capillary action rather than pushing it around. The Lucente works because of two surfaces doing different jobs at the same time. The highly absorbent core draws liquid in and holds it, instead of letting moisture sit on the surface and re-deposit as streaks. The split-weave microfibre exterior works into the grain of the surface and lifts grease, dirt and grime, holding it in the cloth until you rinse it out.
That combination is why one pass does the job. You are cleaning and drying in a single motion, on every surface, in every room, with one cloth.

Always use it wet or damp, never dry. Wet it under the tap before every use and it softens within seconds. It firms up as it dries, which is completely normal.
Care warning
Never use bleach or fabric softener on your Lucente. Both reduce absorbency over time and will ultimately ruin the cloth. Machine wash warm with a mild detergent, air dry only, and never put it in the dryer.

We accept returns where there is a problem with the product or the order: items that arrive faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described. We do not offer change of mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement or store credit, and we pay the return postage. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@vivocasa.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Returns must be approved by our team before sending anything back, and approved items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Looking After Your Lucente

Everyday After Each Use
Rinse the Lucente thoroughly under the tap, wring it out well, and hang it to dry. It will firm up as it dries that's completely normal. Wet it again next use and it's back to full performance immediately.
Every Few Days
Every few days, or whenever the cloth has had a solid workout, throw it in the machine on a warm cycle with a small amount of mild, fragrance-free liquid detergent. This keeps it fresh, hygienic, and performing at its best. Wash separately from terry cloth towels and other lint-producing fabrics.
When It Gets Really Dirty
For a cloth that's been through a tough cleaning job, soak it first. Dissolve Napisan powder fully in warm water, submerge the cloth completely, and leave it for one to two hours. Once done, put it straight into the machine for a warm wash. The soak loosens deep-down grime that a regular machine wash alone won't fully shift.
When It's Heavily Stained
For stubborn stains, work through these three steps in order. First, spray the affected area with a colour safe stain remover and allow it a few minutes to penetrate the stain. Then soak the cloth in a Napisan solution powder fully dissolved in warm water for one to two hours. Finally, put it through a warm machine wash. That three-step process gives even tough stains the best possible chance of coming out completely.
What to Avoid
⚠ Care Warning: Never use bleach or fabric softener on your Lucente cloth. Both will reduce performance and absorbency over time and will ultimately ruin the cloth.
✕ No fabric softener. It coats the fibres and destroys absorbency.
✕ No chlorine bleach or harsh alkaline cleaners.
✕ Do not put in the dryer, ever.
✕ Don't iron.
✕ Don't soak for longer than two hours in any laundry soaker solution.
✕ Don't wash with terry cloth towels or fluffy fabrics that shed lint.
Drying
Always air dry. Hang it or lay it flat somewhere with good airflow. Never put the Lucente in the dryer. It will firm up as it dries, which is completely normal. Wet it again next use and it's back to full performance.
Lifespan

The lucente cleaning cloth is great at absorbing liquid and then easily rinsed out.
